OCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This newly renovated canal-front home in Gulf Harbor is just a short boat ride from Wiggins Bay. The 2 bed, 2 bath home with 1,572 sq ft has been updated throughout. It has a new kitchen, new flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, a new A/C system, updated baths and roomy bedrooms, with an open layout that leads straight to the canal views. Live the Naples boating lifestyle in one of North Naples' most sought-after waterfront neighborhoods. Tie up at your private dock and cruise the canal out to the Cocohatchee River and Wiggins Bay, then through Wiggins Pass to the Gulf. Sandbar afternoons, sunset cruises and great inshore fishing are an easy run from your backyard. Gulf Harbor has a relaxed, Old Florida feel, close to everything. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and Vanderbilt Beach are minutes away. Mercato, Waterside Shops, Fifth Avenue South and the best of Naples dining and shopping are an easy drive. Waterfront homes in Gulf Harbor rarely come available. Schedule your showing today. If the lot does sit at the mouth of the canal with a view of the open water, tell me and I'll work that in.
